To all Elks Swim Team Members and Families:
We have been invited to volunteer as spectators at the 2015 AI duPont Hospital Prom! The Prom is being hosted by the Nemours Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (NCCBD) at duPont Hospital for Children. The theme this year is Mardi Gras! Our job will be to cheer the guests down the red carpet as they arrive in limos and are escorted into the transformed auditorium. The Prom guests are children fighting cancer and blood disorders. We are encouraged to wear our B+ or Savannah Strong gear. There will be noise makers available, however you are welcomed to bring your own.
Volunteers should be at the red carpet by 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 27th. Parking signs will be there to direct you, however we should allow time for parking. The cheering should end by 7:00 when all guests have arrived at the prom.
We would love to have you come out and support a great cause to an establishment which has been very dear to many of our Elks Community over the years.
Please email Christine Farley, at [email protected] if you have any questions!
Thanks advance for your support!
