Weather
If there is inclement weather in the area please check this site here to see if practice has been cancelled. Please use your best judgment.
If it is light rain we will probably still swim. If there is heavy rain or thunderstorms practice will be cancelled.

May 29th , May 30th Wed, Thurs 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
June 3-6th - Thursday from 4-6pm
June 10th - Regular Practice Hours begin
Monday / Wednesday Evening Practices
Monday - Friday Morning Practices
May 29th , May 30th Wed, Thurs 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
June 3-6th - Thursday from 4-6pm
- Younger swimmers 6U or those who are new to the team, and not strong in the water should wait until week of June 10th practices.
- All other swimmers should swim between 4-6 and try to swim 45 or 60 minutes
June 10th - Regular Practice Hours begin
Monday / Wednesday Evening Practices
- 6:00 - 6:30pm - 6 and under swimmers ONLY
- 6:30 - 7:15 - Ages 7-11 swimmers that can't make morning practices
- 7:15 - 8:00 - Ages 12 and over swimmers that can't make morning practices
Monday - Friday Morning Practices
- 8:30 - 9:15 - Generally for kids 8 and under. This is the best practice for little ones since there are additional coaches during this time
- 9:15 - 10:00 - Generally for kids in 10 and under and 12 and under age groups
- 10:00 - 11:00 - Generally for kids in the 14 and under and 18 and under age groups

Practice Descriptions
6 and Under Evening Practices – 30 min, 20 laps (Generally ages 5-6)
Who should attend: Six and under swimmers new to swim team. Swimmers MUST be able to swim well enough that they are pool safe and coaches can look away and help other swimmers. THESE ARE NOT LESSONS.
8:30-9:15 am Beginner – 45 min, 800 to 1200 Meters, 50 laps (Generally ages 6,7,8,9)
Who should attend: Experienced six-year-old swimmers or new swimmers who are a little older. Most workouts will consist of swimming 25 to 100 meters at a time.
9:15-10:00 am Intermediate – 45 min, 1200 to 2000 Meters, 75 laps (Generally ages 8 -11)
Who should attend: Practice will be more conditioning focused. Swimmers will be expected to do sets of laps. Workouts will have sets of up to 200 – 300 Meters at a time.
10 – 11am Advanced – 60 min, 2000 to 2500 Meters, 80-100 laps (Generally 11 & up)
Who should attend: Practice will be more conditioning driven. Swimmers will be expected to do sets of laps. Workouts will have sets of up to 500 Meters at a time. Turns will also be addressed at these practices.
